Print Club
What do I get with the Print Club?
It varies a little each month — usually a hand-signed print and a short guide on how I painted it, always a personal note from me, and sometimes extra surprises too, like stickers, bookmarks, or other small handmade treats.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time — pause, skip a month, or cancel from your account.
When am I charged?
Your membership renews on the 1st of each month.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — the Print Club ships to the UK and the USA. UK shipping is free and included in your membership. US members pay £3.60 per month for shipping, added at checkout. Originals and prints currently ship within the UK only.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Email me a photo and I'll send a replacement straight away.
I'm not confident painting myself — is the guide still worth it?
Completely. Frame the print as it is, or use the guide as inspiration whenever you fancy picking up an oil pastel yourself.
Originals, Prints & Commissions
Are the Originals really one-of-a-kind?
Yes — every Original is painted once and never reprinted. Once it's sold, that exact piece is gone for good.
What size are the Originals?
A6 (105 x 148mm), painted in oil pastel on 300gsm paper. Border size varies slightly piece to piece.
Are the Prints original artwork?
No — Prints are reproductions of my original paintings, for anyone who loves a piece but wants something more affordable than a one-of-a-kind Original.
Can I return an Original or Print?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
How much is shipping, and do you ship internationally?
Standard shipping is £2.99 (3–5 business days) or Express at £6.00 (1–2 business days). Originals and prints currently ship within the UK only; the Print Club also ships to the USA — see our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.
How do commissions work?
A hand-painted piece made just for your space — you choose the size, subject and palette. Get in touch via the Contact page to start the conversation.
How do I pay for a commission?
Once we've agreed the details, I'll send you a secure one-off checkout link through the website — a normal, secure payment through the same system as the rest of the store, not a separate platform.
Can I cancel a commission?
Yes, for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before painting has started. Once work has begun, commissions are non-refundable, as they're made especially for you.
How are commissions shipped?
Using a tracked, signature-required service to make sure they arrive safely — the cost is already included in the price we agree together.
