Welcome to Lucy Parker Art. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

About Us

Lucy Parker Art is a small independent art studio selling original paintings, prints and a monthly Print Club membership. All artwork is designed and produced by Lucy Parker in the UK.

Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces; once sold, that exact piece is no longer available. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to limit order quantities, at our discretion.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch your order. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. For Print Club memberships, your payment method will be charged automatically every month until you cancel — see our Returns & Refunds page for full cancellation details.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. The Print Club membership price includes delivery. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the copyright of Lucy Parker. Purchasing a painting or print gives you ownership of the physical item only — it does not transfer copyright or grant any right to reproduce, print, or sell copies of the artwork without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your order, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
